[Winona Online Democracy] Greetings,
Last month I indicated that I would be stepping down as List Manager of Winona Online Democracy. On January 30th a "re-organizational" meeting was held to discuss how to best organize (and improve) Winona Online Democracy and to identify who would take over the list management responsibilities (thank you to everyone who attended the meeting). Three people have graciously stepped forward to take over management of the list. Craig Brooks will be performing the role of Technical Manager and will be responsible for the technical aspects of operating the list (subscriptions, bounced messages, etc.). Sharon Ropes and Kathy Seifert will jointly be performing the role of Discussion Managers and will be responsible for promoting a constructive discussion, ensuring rules are followed, introducing topics, etc. I think they'll all do a great job and I hope you'll give them your full support. Now that these details have been worked out, I will be "officially" stepping down as List Manager this coming Monday.
