Finn GS: I know this creates a tangent and does not apply to the Downtown or WSU areas, but John's comment above reminds me that I have always felt it was a mistake to allow subdivisions/additions/neighborhoods without requiring sidewalks. This practice forces all the foot, tricycle, bicycle traffic of small children and families into the streets. Not a good idea in my opinion. I will duck for cover now.
