A ramp on campus is the only solution, accompanied by strict enforcement of lawn parking and other violations. I also think one way streets near WSU would be a good idea, but that will never fly. Bob Sebo GS: I certainly agree that one way streets would be helpful. Having lived in several communities of varying sizes (from smaller to larger than Winona) with one way streets, I found that traffic flowed much more easily, especially at intersections. There was always seemed to be someone complaining about extra driving or walking distance they felt penalized by however.
