I'll always voice my support & happiness with Speakeasy.  Their tech
support is always really professional when I have a problem.

Re. problems-- in my case they turned out to be mostly inside wiring
issues.  After replacing all the inside wiring & the NID on the side of my
house, I haven't had an outage that wasn't scheduled.
