Define "much better"? Their pricing isn't even CLOSE to being as low as Pacbell's....and yes, pricing is an issue.....I'm getting the same performance as the 3rd tier of Rawbandwidth.com for $30.00 per month less......and other than having to fight with them to get connected initially, the service has been flawless ever since.

I've used RawBandwidth.com for the last 18 months and only had an outage when the DSL bridge power supply melted - which RawBandwidth.com replaced at no cost in less than 36 hours total packet to packet time. If you can avoid the big boys, I'd recommend it.
