Someone mentioned these folks this week, and I want to cast a vote for them... because I didn't buy anything from them.
Therein, as you might expect, lies a story. Superpass apparently *design* antennas, and have a bunch of stock antennas to sell, some of which look *veeelly* intelesting. Alas, they do *not* sell pigtails, and the client for whom I needed an antenna needs one. So Mr. Chen recommended that I hit up a company at http://www.fab-corp.com/ with the delightful name of "Fleeman, Anderson, and Bird", who *do* sell pigtails. Happens that a) they also sell antennas and some other stuff and b) they're 30 miles from me instead of being in Canada. Mr. Chen was amiable enough not to be cranky when I explained the circumstances, so he gets a gold star. I haven't heard back from my voice mail to FAB, but they do warn that they're out of the office a lot and I should have used email, so no downcheck there yet. And they do have a pretty cool collection of stuff, and a shopping cart. Check out both if you need antennas; FAB also for feedline and pigtails, brackets, and the like. FAB even has pre-made kits with antenna and pigtail tuned for both D-Link and Linksys radios... unlike a certain vendor who doesn't even want to hear you talk if you're going to say the word "Linksys" who shall remain nameless [primarily because I can't remember their name :-)]. FAB's kit sales blurbs even remind you to turn off the second antenna port on the Linky. Not bad... Cheers, -- jra -- Jay R.
