Mark - industry rates for a tower crew is $70.00 - $110.00 per hour / PER MAN - That doesn't include travel which most bill out at $50.00/hour PER man for travel time.
This would be a full days work with a 3 man crew - Most will use a 4 man crew to get this done. The $3500.00 seems about right for any tower crew that has experienced hands and the proper insurance/tools. Remember - you hire a cheap crew - you are in for cheap work and a crappy job.
