Occationally, a few will get through the cracks. Usually, a personal phone call dor visit will do the trick. Sometimes I'll offer them a discount for catching it up. I have learned the hard way though to keep a tight leash. Nothing is perfect but policy #1 is that they get no internet unless their account is current. -RickG
