Which is why I talked to Time Warner about it because our salesman told me we could resell at a wholesale rate and then we do the billing and mark it up and we pay Time Warner the lump sum for the wholesale. Both video and road runner. However, he failed to mention that it was limited to providing over their cable, not our wireless.
