In addition, their costs are limited by speed & availability. To explain, you may not be able to use their service everywhere and when you can the usage is limited to just a handful of apps and the speed of their connection. In our case, the customer has multiple computers and devices on our network running most or all of the time with a wide variety of apps that utilize a much higher speed connection 24x7. -RickG
