Phil: Thanks for the update. Sadly, we suppose from this "suggestion" that FMP will NOT be supported by WiTango v5. While FMP is not SQL, and far to many developers ridicule the program, in many cases it provides outstanding, dependable and easy to produce solutions to cross-platform client needs. AND, many of us have invested considerable time, effort and monies in developing those solutions, with the assistance of Tango App Server. It would be a terrible shame to suggest that all of these developers' efforts were now just water over the bridge - worthless. There is much promise in anticipated features in FMP v6, and FMP v5.5 contained many enhancements that made the program even more valuable than its predecessors, including its enhanced XML capabilities.
Let's hope that this is not a true reflection of the FMP-WiTango relationship - as divorce is such an ugly (and expensive) proposition.
