Just a few comments, and hopefully we'll have some peace.
First off, the thread I'm replying too should be ceased. Speculation,
flames, and remarks about 'how it should be' don't help. That may seem
like a strong statement, but it's the truth. We are ALL here because
Tango is a great product and Witango is going to build on it, those are
facts.
As for Official words. There are two forms of this, One: you're looking
for the With Enterprise Press Release. There's little reason why that
won't be posted by the end of the week but before then, before it's
LEGALLY BINDING, they will most likely be rather hush. However, everyone
of you has a great resource in your local reseller and distributor. A
lot of effort has been put into setting up the channel, getting great
people involved and keeping us informed. I myself, and I suspect most
others, don't hesitate in having a candid conversion with an interested
customer/developer. We are here to help you, inform you, speak to you
and for you, and sell to you. Above all, we want you to continue using
the product.
This list, and other public forums, are not our jurisdiction. We do what
we can to calm people, but it's not our place to make such official
announcements.
As I did in my last post like this, I invite anyone to contact me
directly, offlist, if you have specific questions about the release, or
have an imperative to know pricing etc.
We've all waited this long and come this far, the release is just a
moment away, in relative terms.
