There are more issues here than just product features and release dates

To my mind, product marketing should lead actual product release otherwise it ends up 
out of sync with the product itself  - and recent public dissatisfaction with the lack 
of response from Witango suggests this to be true

I've nothing but praise for a company that wants to release a 100% tested product, but 
if the market's moved on whilst they were spending money on development, not 
marketing, then that's bad for business - and bad for us

It doesn't take much marketing savvy to monitor this list and release just enough info 
to keep us all happy. I find the fact that this hasn't been done much more worrying 
than the lack of product itself
