You probably know this already, but just for the record: I'v now heard
glitches in Tx audio related to two other events. One is appearance of
the popup "Log QSO" window; the other was (I think) related to what
happens after clicking OK on that screen to log the QSO -- the
wsjtx_status file is updated, for use by JT-Alert. Soundout needs more
buffering, for sure.
