This book is protected by copyright. You are allowed to scan all pages and use it, but you are not allowed to redistribute the file. The file would be tainted by copyright, only usable by yourself and nobody else. It would be a good amount of work to assemble your personal non-free database that way. If everybody spends less time on contributing to a free database, we'll have the world's best database in no time, which may be redistributed and edited freely.
