Hi JM,

Thank you for the comments and question. Of course, I would always recommend 
meditation for the beginner and advanced student alike. My point is that 
meditation is not the same as enlightenment per se and even leads us away from 
what is right in front of our noses the whole time! Just like all the great 
archetypal adventures, however, is the paradox that sometimes we have to go on 
a 
journey of discovery before we realise that what was sought was here all along.

There are sages who could indeed come to realization without much effort.  

What you have described is below is the journey or stages to, but not a 
practice 
to.  


For beginners trapped in words, emotions, karma, do you recommend any 
methodology or technique to help or assist or guide them to wake up?
