course takes practice... But this is true street fighting zen.>> So how do you get there? I am someone who has
the nervous temperament and the shouting, yelling, etc. human gets to me
every time. That is a split-second reaction. How do I not-react before reacting
when I am just minding my own business and someone just pops up to complain,
yell, insult, etc.? How do I get that objective brain cell ahead of the other
brain cells?
