I don't generally time zazen any more, but I do like to sit every morning at dawn. That's my favorite time, plus any that I can get in during the day (there are children here so that's another aspect of practice with it's own schedule and demands), and evenings with the sitting group that I teach (and by teach - I mean the basics of Zen practice and meditation).
