If I am lucky and they are not up at the crack of dawn, I sit for 40 minutes in the morning. If they beat me out of bed, I have to take care of them and then work sitting into my schedule for the day. As I home school the older child, I work around his school subjects and fit my sitting into his midday break when he is eating lunch and I give him some time away from his studies to play. That gives me 30 - 40 minutes around mid day. Of course we also have some midweek activities that get in the way so I have to sit in the evening after their mom gets home from work and that time is usually more limited to 25 - 30 minutes.
For myself and my rather disorderly family life I find that simply making sure that I can fit it in is more important than what time I actually sit. And on those days when life simply gets in the way and I don't get to sit, I have become flexible enough to not become attached to the idea of sitting and simply use my experiences during the day as my chance to practice. Being flexible and adapting to the situation is, IMHO, just as important as doing the actual sitting as everything that we do does give us a chance to practice. ------------------------ Yahoo!
