Also perhaps the key to this issue is 1 Cor 14:28 "But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God." Since there cannot be any person competently able to interpret for a woman... {8^). Actually as I read it he is talking about receiving revelation for the Church by the proper Priesthood authority.
