within immigrant identity cards. of course they're only in trials now, with
immigrants, because immigrants have to report to police regularly.  by the
time 2003 rolls by all dutch citizens will require the same scans be stored
on eu identity cards.  perhaps they'll require these electronic scans next
be used for online transactions as well? keep smoking.
