When did I ever pretend to be small or a newcomer? My servers run as vanilla as possible. If attempting to prevent team stacking is invasive, then I guess I'm guilty as charged.
Of course I'm going to be concerned about my own growth. I play TF2 as well and I enjoy having a bunch of well-moderated, popular servers to choose from. At the same time, I'm concerned about the growth of the community as a whole. That includes servers that aren't mine.
