Hi Barry. Thanks for taking the time to explain this. I'm having trouble
getting the hang of Winamp, I find it crashes a lot and I get a error
message. Once I become more comfortable using the thing then I will venture
into the plug in thing. How and where do I install this plug in? What
Hi Walter,
The files go into C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins on Windows XP. I'm not sure
about Windows 7.
If you download the plugin as an executable file, I think it will have the
installer built in. If it is a zip file, you just need
to unpack the files and copy them to the plugins

All versions of GoldWave including the latest should work for you. I use
NVDA and up to now GoldWave is working very well with it.

I have personally been involved in the accessability of some of

Hello Walter. Long-time winamp user here, and I find the programme to be
extremely stable. Sometimes though something does seem to happen to the
programme and the only thing that will fix it is a reinstall. This happened
to me a few times after getting v5.6 or something, but after installing to

An electric autoharp is a pretty good description. The autoharp is the
acoustic instrument on which the QChord was modeled, because of the chord
layout of the buttons on both instruments, and the strum plate on the
QChord, which mimicks the string bed on the autoharp. Shane Jackson did a

Well this now becomes definitely off-topic, but I'll just say that
autoharps are still definitely being made, but buying one on EBay can be
dodgy, since the autoharp is very mechanical, and parts may be missing.
There's an autoharp e-mail list called the Cyberpluckers. Googling that one

Tim. To which time are your referring? Occasionally I have issues where
the start and finish markers will not read in their respective edit

Hi
When you say sound the same, I assume you are talking about volume?
You can do this using the match effect in the volume processes list. I
haven't tried this myself but I'm guessing it works by comparison, and you
can choose the optimal volume based on the file that you feel has the

Well, none of that should happen. heheh. I've had trouble configuring
plugins with non-standard interfaces. THe winamp metroska/mkv one seems
particularly suspect and only works about half the time anyway. I'm getting
to the point of resigning to the need to use something like VLC for movies,
I mostly use Winamp to listen to MP3 files and streaming audio, so
unfortunately I can't answer your question.
