I will second, third and fourth slicehost. I have a few slices, ranging from small to developer size. Not one compliant thus far. I typically do a LOT of complaining, but there seems to be nothing to complain about with slicehost.
FWIW - Slicehost was purchased by RackShit...er..RackSpace last year sometime. I would rather not work with a "RackSpace Company" but slicehost's services are solid, support is great.
