Hi Donk & Group... The PST file that I am trying to recover is the one that is in the ADMIN account which I can't access due to the crash and non-compatibility of this file. I am able to copy the PST file from the damaged account, but the currently installed Outlook won't import it for some reason. I have tried most everything that I know of without success. I am only interested in the Contacts portion. As I mentioned the contacts are in the PST file and that program (R-Mail) shows them to me, in its demo, but won't allow me to do anything with the information, hence my thought of a program to extract the contacts and then make them compatible with Excel, which would at least allow me to sort and then print the listing. That way I could at least have a hard-copy which I could consult if I needed anything or allow me to enter them all in the current, working version of Outlook.

I remember your problem. I think I suggested that you try exporting the contact list (or whatever) from Outlook as either a .txt or .csv (comma separated values) file. Then you can import it into Excel. Your best bet is to do it as a .csv. You might have to do some manual editing to get the fields set up correctly, but it's better than nothing.
