I remember your problem.  I think I suggested that you try exporting the 
contact list (or whatever) from Outlook as either a .txt or .csv (comma 
separated values) file. Then you can import it into Excel.  Your best 
bet is to do it as a .csv.  You might have to do some manual editing to 
get the fields set up correctly, but it's better than nothing.
