Sir, I could not find any colomn or check box on indigo website for the purpose. However, I always call indigo customer service to do so in advance.

When you booked your ticket did you specify that you are VI and need special
assistance? Once the system has the information, you will get assistance
right from checking in till you land and get into your auto or taxi.

I have spoken to my connect at Indigo. They have requested for your phone
contact. Someone will call you and resolve the issue. You can share your
phone number offline with me on [email protected]

I have been travelling with Indigo for several years now and I find their
support very good.

Hi people, I hope this message finds you in good health. As a subject
line suggests, I have book flight from Ahmedabad to Cochin and vice a
versa in the third week of February with indigo airlines. so as I have
been doing since a year, I called them in order to let me know my need
regarding requirement of some person who can help me checking in and
boarding out, but unlike previous experiences, this time I was told on
call by an agent that I have to manage on my own and there can't be
any assistance provided from their end. So I am requesting for your
valuable suggestions regarding what to do in this regards?
