I agree, unfortunately it is becoming a trend where calling assignments are
being given to visually impaired employees in every public sector banks
gradually irrespective of the capability of them with technology support.
It is implemented with those employees as well whom I know have been
working fluently in other assignments. I think a collective demand has to
be made in department of financial services to provide equal opportunity to
the employees with disability but diverse kind of rolls.
