Hi Aziz, Working in any organisation be it private or public where non-disabled workers are in majority is challenging. At the same time challenge is there for them and other groups IE: SC, women, ST, OBCs and religious minorities. Public sector employers are mandated by law to create equal opportunity policy and facilitate equal level field. One can negotiate and can earn due recognition and respect with the passage of time. Have patience. After a prolonged struggle by women and Apex Court's intervention, Indian Army took 75 years to establish permament commission for women. Continue preparing for UGC NET/JRF and keep working with the bank. I hope, Things will be alright. And don't even think of giving up before the system. Life is very scary outside. post Coronavirus Jobs are hard to come by. And even harder for blind educated youths.
