Actually, I am also not willing to earn without any contribution, what currently I feel that I am not working in my true potential due to the limitations of work they have made. The word which can be done by visually impaired bankers but the thing is that the management has made a policy in a way that disabled employees are given particular kind of task, and I feel it is very restrictive as well as monotonous.
