IRCTC Rail Connect has now limited access & not properly working for not only VH persons but also for normal passengers, and regarding Rail One before also I had raised booking ticket disabled, escort with general passengers is not at all possible, I have written & spoken to IRCTC three times but they are not correcting their side. Recently while travelling to Ayodhya myself & my wife ticket was booked on Disabled concession & escort but my children ticket had to be book separately where my children seat was given in different coach & had to be face lot of problem. I request all of us to raise this issue with IRCTC.
