Generally, in one go, six tickets can be purchased, but on rail one if you select one escort and one disabled, then no other passenger can be added but on IRCTC website, you can add up to 6 that is three escort and three disabled or one escort one disabled and for general, but in IRCTC, now there is a capture which makes us difficult to book the ticket

As far as I know, tickets for multiple disabled
passengers with escorts can be purchased from the railway booking counter. Isn't
it possible online from any app or website?

Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience regarding
the issues discussed in this thread. I have encountered a peculiar problem
where I am unable to book tickets via the IRCTC website on my laptop,
receiving a "Booking not allowed" message. Interestingly, I can successfully
book the exact same ticket for the same train using my mobile phone. I am
unsure why this discrepancy exists between the web and mobile
platforms. Additionally, I have a couple of questions regarding the
Rail One application: - Does Rail One offer the option to book
tickets using a pass concession for Railway employees? - Is Rail
One strictly available as a mobile application, or does it also have a
dedicated website similar to IRCTC? The ongoing technical challenges
with IRCTC have certainly been frustrating, and I would appreciate any

IRCTC login problem is a big challenge because the login
link is still not Descriptive by its name. In addition to this problem,
now new problem has arrived that while booking a ticket, there was a
provision for OTP for booking the ticket, but now it has been completely
removed and replaced by capture, which was earlier available only to the
people who were not selecting OTP option on login. The people who are
selecting the OTP option on login were getting OTP for login and booking
tickets.. still check box for OTP is provided, but no OTP is required
for logging, but booking process requires capture instead of OTP

course rail one is fairly accessible As far as booking the ticket is
concerned. but it has its own challenges. If we want to book more
than two tickets that is one of disabled person and one of escort and
adding more passengers, It is not allowing us to do so.
