strongly. I also request other customers of PNB to write them. also take
this matter with RBI. Blind employees of PNB are struggling for
accessibility in PNB one. Hope that customer complaint will resolve the
issue.

I have been using the Punjab National Bank PNB1 mobile application for
long. After a recent update, I have noticed that the field to enter
the T-PIN has become inaccessible.
What the bank has done is to add a dynamic keyboard where the numbers
are not listed in the usual order. The listing is not the problem, but
the numbers are not getting read out, which means that TalkBack users
are unable to use the app anymore for making monetary transactions.
Anyone else have faced this issue? Is there any workaround?
