As expected, a predictable and poor response from PNB. After sitting on my complaint for a couple, the care team responded by saying that the could not address the complaint as I didn't provide a screenshot of the error page! How does one make them understand? And they wanted the account number too. I replied to them with the screenshot and mentioned that a screenshot won't help understand the issue, and that the issue is with the app, and that transferring the complaint to the base branch won't help. I had mentioned the same in the original mail itself, but had not provided the account number. Pretty poor. Think one has to keep escalating... Best,
