Dear all, An update on this. Our effort seems to have had some good result. PNB released an update to the PNB One app today, and the dynamic keyboard has now become accessible to TalkBack. The many unlabeled buttons do remain, but the app has once again become more or less usable. I had mailed them on the customer care mail ID, posted a Google Play review, posted on X tagging them and also DMed them on the platform. That added to the multiple other mails sent by many of you, and we have made ourselves heard. Not sure the bank would be addressing the structural issues that would have led to the issue in the first place. That will be a longer, harder struggle... Regards,
