After sitting on my complaint for a couple, the care team responded
by saying that the could not address the complaint as I didn't
provide a screenshot of the error page! How does one make them
understand? And they wanted the account number too. I replied to them
with the screenshot and mentioned that a screenshot won't help
understand the issue, and that the issue is with the app, and that
transferring the complaint to the base branch won't help. I had
mentioned the same in the original mail itself, but had not provided
the account number.
Pretty poor. Think one has to keep escalating...

What the bank has done is to add a dynamic keyboard where the
numbers are not listed in the usual order. The listing is not

means that TalkBack users are unable to use the app anymore for
