Sheryl: Here in Ohio we've warmed up to 16 degrees - it is positively balmy here compared to the last 2 days!!
We don't have particular dates on which policies become effective. Often they are on the first day of a month, unless there is some other reason (e.g. regulatory, planned future implementation of a process, etc.) for a particular date. Given the process our policies have to go through to receive feedback and be approved, it could be difficult to prove a claim of retaliation....
