No.

USB, Firewire and HDMI are digital. Composite/RCA,
S-Video and component (over RCA or BNC jacks) are
analog.

Composite is the worst of the analog connections.
S-Video is better and component is better than
S-video.
RGB would be the best analog connection but there's
not much prosumer or even professional equipment that
uses RGB.

Don't be fooled by the Red, Green and Blue
colors on component video jacks. The Red and Blue
only carry color/chroma signals while the Green
connection only carries brightness/luminance signals.

The missing green color and red and blue brightness
signals are derived from the signals that are present.
That was originally done with complex analog circuitry
but in the 90's digital circuits then single chips
were developed to do the processing, usually better
than the best analog component video circiutry ever
could.
