I agree, it is hard to find snacks. Going to try some keto no bake cookies today hopefully. Shredded cocoanut and peanut butter I think (with flavorings). Beer is no problem as I am behaving myself these days as a Mormon boy. Yes, would love popcorn but there are lots of flavored pork rinds now-a-days that are very good. They give you the crunch and good flavor. Pizza, I just eat the toppings off with a fork.

I know how to get it back into the 5s. It is very easy. Just will take some time. This time around I am doing almost a carnivore version of keto. ( I don’t really like meat.) Unexpected and nice result is that my BP is lower than when I was in my 20s.
