NO flavored pork rinds here! My problem is when I went keto before it raised my blood pressure through the roof, for some reason. But keto you don't intake as much salt so my sodium was low. So I had to increase salt which made blood pressure higher. Some reason my kidneys don't like keto.
So its a catch 22 for me.
