Mormons avoid alcohol, tobacco, tea and coffee.  

And are supposed to avoid meat “except in the times of cold and famine” that 
one goes largely ignored.  

And, contrary to popular belief, caffeine is OK.

  Just removing the chips / popcorn is what kills me.  I can cut out the bread 
and sugar.  There is low carb beer,  keto wraps and bread out there etc.

    Had to get back on keto hard as I had been slipping/being weak willed and 
my A1C got up in the 7s again.  I know how to get it back into the 5s.  It is 
very easy.  Just will take some time.  This time around I am doing almost a 
carnivore version of keto. ( I don’t really like meat.)



    Unexpected and nice result is that my BP is lower than when I was in my 
20s.  Hope it stays that way, will really help out the next time I have to get 
my DOT or airmans medical.
