If I remember right, the AF5x pinout is 1/2 & 4/5 positive and 3/6 & 7/8 negative.
Airmax stuff is all 4/5 positive and 7/8 negative, I imagine the 10/100 stuff would work fine with the power pairs swapped, but I don't know what that would do to gigabit.
