No Ben you haven’t “really,really” read the paper – just like you’ve never really, really listened to any of the major points I’m making – and I’m talking about just *registering* not agreeing with, the points made. You have a v. closed mind. Learning must be something that newly created intelligences do, and control, for themselves” He is unquestionably calling for a *revolutionary* form of programming – algos as I have pointed out long ago consist of “facisctic” instructions. You are a “computational fascist”. He wants to do away with you. Yes, as I also pointed out at the time of our orig. Deutsch discussion, he still *talks* of an “algo” – but I think if I had a few minutes conversation, he would realise that he would have to drop that term.
