Yeah, I can't see how ORCH-OR, even if so, could solve the Chalmers "hard problem"
When I asked Hameroff about this, he basically said he coupled ORCH-OR with a sort of weak pan-psychism in which every element in the universe has "proto-consciousness" and then the wave function collapse transforms this into full consciousness....
