If you are really looking for an answer here it is: People that whine is the worst possible people you can have in a team or community. They bring everybody else down. Whining or negativity is like a decease that if you do not put an end to it or try to mitigate it, it will spread and infest everybody around us. I do not believe in my gut that google is acting in bad faith, if they were I would be the first to be complaining. No, people that whine they usually do it every time they can, in their jobs, in their relationship. These people also will make a minor thing into a huge problem, almost like yellow journalism.
