Just because Google hasn't acted on a terms violation doesn't mean that they never will. Any of you with an AdSense account should know how that works. One day everything is fine, the next, you're out of business. Stick to the terms and you'll never have to fear being shut down. Violate the terms and eventually you will be caught and punished. Then again, what do I know?
