I think, as some have stated here, "No Refunds" is a good policy. 

And as the Absolute Ruler and Supreme Dictator of my own company, I can 
approve exceptions to said policy, either out of benevolence or pure self 
interest. 

It's not particularly common, but there are some customers you don't want. 
You'd rather have them bother your competitors.
