I found an article that shows the differences between the new and old interface. I guess they've only rolled it out to some devs:

It needs to be opened in the same window, and when doing so, the interface is very slow to respond. And in general, there's a lot less info given about the buyers (nothing that would let you personally identify the buyer) and thus less privacy concerns.
