Per, I think your new questions should be answered by whoever wrote that dictionary. On the one hand, the structure of dictionaries is so free that many other things, besides the derivational morphology example I gave you, may also be expressed. On the other hand, the material you refer appears to me to be very specific for that particular language pair and therefore its developers are in a much better position to say something sensible about it.
