Dear List,
We are facing one issue when we trying to upgrade the 7.1 P11 to 7.6.04 SP
3 ARS on HP-UX i3. We are running installer and one point of time getting
below error.
Warning! Failed to connect to the database.
Possible causes: tnsnames.ora does not exist or has incorrect connection
details
Missing 64 bit Oracle client libraries
Insufficient privileges for oracle client libraries.

We did so many things but no help.
